“Releasing Exercises — Unblock Stuck Energy in Your Body”

“Releasing exercises helps to release the energy that gets stuck in certain parts of the body due to lack of movement. Many people have pain because of the lack of energy flowing throughout the body. This is due to the habits one has in their mind (lack of motivation, overthinking,laziness, etc.). If you do this together with the guided meditation, it will help you to meditate more easily and release more thoughts/habits that are stuck in all of the body cells.

Example: While doing releasing exercises, it really gives you a workout, even though the movements look easy. Muscles that you haven’t been using regularly get sore. As you do these exercises, you increase the blood energy flow and become healthier. Then it will be easier to get rid of all the thoughts that come up. People who have a lot of health problems/pain have a harder time doing this meditation. This is because their minds gets stuck on the pain and they have a harder time to break free from it and throw away. They get stuck trying to throw away from within their own perspective. Doing these exercises will help you throw away from the perspective of the whole”.

Did you know that illness in our body starts from not moving enough releasing exercise is a dynamic stretching routine that releases energy blockages in the entire body from head to toe making the body healthier first head shake gently shake your head to the right.

Left rest release head roll your head as big as possible change direction rest release space rub your hands together to warm them up then massage your face rub your hands press your face rub press rub press rub press rub press rub press rub press rub press rub press release size draw big circles with your pupils change direction rest release nose rub the sides of your nose.

Your index finger begin this time hold the tip of your nose and shake it to the left and right if your nose tends to be runny or stuffy or if you have a sinus infection doing this more often will help rest release ears grab both ears and pull them out to the side next hold your ears between your index and middle fingers then shake them up.

Down fold your ears in half and press them together rest release gums drop your lower jaw and draw the biggest circle possible change direction this time rotate your upper jaw change direction rest release shoulders relax your neck and gently pull your head to the side keep the opposite shoulder down pull your head to the other side.

Keep the other shoulder down put your head to the back and bring your lower jaw up to your upper lip build a stretch in your bronchial tubes and throat pull your head down rest release back put your hands on your shoulders and draw the biggest circles possible change direction change direction if you have a shoulder or back pain doing this regularly will release blockages improve circulation.
