Spanx, Inc., the internationally recognized apparel brand, hosted a yoga and meditation workshop for their company's wellness month. The session focused on maintaining a positive mindset and building focus and concentration, featuring gratitude sharing, laughing meditation, chair yoga, guided meditation, and a happy dance. Over 40 employees participated, with many expressing they felt refreshed and happy afterward. Spanx has also supported meditation center scholarships to encourage more people to meditate.

PM Pediatrics, a national urgent care facility specializing in children's healthcare, requested a five-part workshop series. Employees facing mental and physical exhaustion shared their thoughts and anxieties openly, allowing guides to tailor sessions to their needs. Sessions included laughing meditation, gratitude sharing, and releasing exercises adaptable for the workplace. As workshops progressed, staff became more open, comfortable, and happier, with many expressing gratitude for the tools meditation gave them to handle daily job stress.

Amherst Holdings, a data analytics and research-focused financial services company, offered meditation to its 900+ employees nationwide as part of Employee Wellness Week. Virtual workshops gave employees the opportunity to relieve stress and anxiety, and they appreciated participating in a group activity despite the virtual format. Many employees mentioned the relief they felt and were grateful to their company for prioritizing their wellbeing.

An Employee Health Day meditation workshop was held for participants of The Graham Company and Merion Cricket Club Health. The focus was on improving health and wellbeing — both physical and mental — with emphasis on eliminating stress for improved physical health. Over 150 participants learned the basic principles of meditation, how the mind works, and practiced the method of letting go.

AARP Texas, with 800,000 members, sponsored a series of virtual events including Nature's Flow Yoga, How to Meditate, Meditation for Older Adults, Meditation for Healing, and Better Sleep Meditation. AARP is an avid supporter of brain health and personal wellbeing. Members enjoyed stretching with yoga and discovering inner wisdom through meditation. Feedback was enormously positive — participants felt benefits immediately and believed the new tools would continue to increase their happiness.

Matt Kelly Elementary School, a Title I school in Las Vegas, NV, hosted weekly workshops for over 150 students and staff as a required activity to learn the basics of meditation. Topics included awareness of negative thoughts, shifting perspectives, and releasing burdens. Meditation concepts were related to favorite kids' movies like Lion King, Black Panther, and Moana. Students quickly learned techniques for remaining peaceful during daily stressors, and teachers reported feeling more relaxed. Both groups said they felt closer to each other.
