Community Program
Meditation Bootcamp
A 2-week guided challenge where you set a personal goal, meditate daily with a supportive community, and build real momentum for lasting change. Not a drill sergeant bootcamp — a team of people helping each other grow.
What to Expect
Two Weeks That Can Change Everything
Every month, members come together for a focused 2-week bootcamp. You pick a personal habit to work on — whether it's reducing screen time, managing stress, sleeping better, or breaking procrastination — and use the meditation method to let go of the mental patterns keeping you stuck. The magic isn't just the meditation. It's doing it together.
Daily Practice
A short guided video (1–5 min) to watch multiple times throughout the day, deepening your understanding through repetition.
Group Sessions
Meditate together in-person at the center or via Zoom. During sessions, you'll watch the daily video together, meditate, and journal with a custom daily prompt.
WhatsApp Community
Share daily gratitude, encourage each other, stay accountable. The group chat becomes a highlight of your day.
Progress Tracking
A shared spreadsheet where everyone tracks meditation, exercise, video watching, journaling, and habit goals. Gentle accountability that works.
