My name is rhonda dyson I’m 60 years old and I’m from the u.s out of marilyn marilyn meditation center I should say ellicott city but ellicott city meditation center before before this meditation I was a registered nurse for over 20 years and an attorney as well for probably about 18 years so I was able to combine those two professions.
Have a career oh the country oh my God the people the food everyone’s so friendly and so helpful and I hate to admit it but they speak English and I don’t speak any Korean so that really works out nicely here now it’s just amazing I’m just so at peace it’s just an inner joy that I can’t even describe.
I’m not anxious about anything I don’t nothing excites me I mean nothing makes me angry it’s just so wonderful it’s like the world looks different life looks different people look different everything looks different because my whole perspective has changed my whole outlook has changed.
It’s absolutely wonderful oh I can’t even ness that doesn’t even accurately describe what I just what I’m experiencing really those are just words and that’s you know words are limited but they’re not through my own camera lens of dark and cloudy and muddy and tainted so all of that is now.
Just it’s just like you know it’s just like a veil they’re just gonna lift it off you know that’s the only can describe it’s just like a veil this is something you have to do you absolutely have to do it and there’s no such thing as you’re too busy that’s actually funny to say you’re too busy with so.
I think that this is something that without you know alarming you or anything anyone but it’s something that you absolutely have to too and the more you ways is the longer you’re deciding to not be happy so you have a one hand happiness now or never happy if you never do it I mean those are the choices and if you keep putting it off then.
That’s really shame on you because it’s it’s it’s really the most wonderful thing anybody can do for themselves if for selfish reasons do it I look so serious.
