Hi my name is and I’m a general dentist I was feeling very stressed and very anxious and rather depressed and I didn’t want to take medication or anything like that so I was looking for alternative ways to get help frankly this meditation style is life-changing it has helped me to say it’s helped me in every way is an understatement.

I don’t feel anxiety I don’t worry I don’t get caught up in my thoughts like I used to my relationships with other people are better I am more comfortable at work and just my overall health and anxiety level is vastly different than before I came here I’d like to say that I know everybody is very busy as am I.

If you think you don’t have time for it whatever time you spend meditating you free up that much time at least tenfold in time you have available that you’re not worrying or stressing or bickering with with you know people in your life what is different about this meditation is other meditation styles or methods that I’ve tried you feel somewhat relaxed while you’re meditating.

The key difference with this style is it’s applicable almost from day one even when you’re not been attending when things come up in your life which they always will that stress you or cause you to be anxious you’re able to use the techniques you’ve learned here and be relaxed out in the world not just when your eyes are closed in the darkroom.
