Zach's Story — From Military PTSD to True Happiness

Zach carried years of anxiety, depression, and PTSD from his military experience. Through meditation, he was able to let go of everything he had accumulated in his mind and find a clarity and happiness he had never felt before. Hear how he went from being unable to walk through a checkout line without racing thoughts to feeling genuinely, unconditionally happy.

Hey my name is zack I am from hollywood sunset meditations before I had so much you know cumulative stuff in my mind I just always feel with anxiety and depression and just severe actual you know ptsd from all my military experience but here I can focus on this meditation.

Really start to let go of everything from my whole life that I’ve accumulated I just didn’t know that I had and once I let it go I’ve never felt so just you know peaceful in my life and just my mind feels so clear and clean you know for the first time biggest change I would have to say is just my my overall mind.

Just you know everything about just I mean my life I. before I feel like I couldn’t even just go in public and just you know going through the cash register without like so many millions of thoughts going through my head now it’s like I can just I can talk with everybody.

I just feel happy you know without you know any conditions or any reason I just I just feel happy so finding happiness I think is the biggest change.
