“Brandon Cooks a One-Dollar Meal Before His Meditation”
Before sitting down for his daily meditation practice, Brandon shows us how to make a simple, delicious meal for under a dollar. Hello everybody today I’m gonna cook a one-eyed sailor for you if you don’t know what that is don’t worry it’s really simple easy cheap and delicious so let’s make it together these are our ingredients 2 slices of bread 2 eggs 1 stick of butter and a medicine cup.
I’ll show you why in just a second first things first let’s turn on the heat turn it up to medium or even medium high while that’s heating up let’s have some spf I like spf. because it’s got all the nutrients that I need for the day and right in here in one serving cheers an is nice.
A little bit warmer let’s throw in the butter half of that slice of butter but move it around okay the two slices of bread you’re going to take our medicine cup and we’re gonna poke two holes in the middle like that can I put it in like that okay and then.
We’re gonna let that toast for maybe 30 seconds or a minute before we put the exit let’s see how it looks see how it’s starting to get nice and toasted try this one you do it nailed it perfect all right he’s gonna be good you’re that take a peek let’s give it a flip let that sit on this side for maybe another minute or two minutes depending.
On how you liked it your eggs done I like mine a little bit runny let’s throw some salt on there pepper and that’s it these guys are done let’s take them out he’s off you’re so let’s eat together thank you universe all right thank you very much let’s eat here’s that you want the first pie it looks good right.
Cheers this is probably one of the best one-eyed sailors I’ve ever cooked mmm thank you oh not bad that’s how I like it I like it super money cheers keep saying it really delicious it’s a little bit of salty and peppery but also the the bread and the egg mix really well together you know I’m I’m a math person so.
You know figure it out like money-wise two slices of bread is like maybe thirty cents each then two eggs is like maybe 20 cents each so you’re looking at maybe one dollar for this meal one dollar I mean it’s really good just delicious too it’s got protein in fat carbs and when you drink the self-balancing food with it and you get all your micronutrients - so.
It’s really the perfect meal okay I’m gonna eat the rest of this and then get ready for meditation have a good day.
