Hello I’m dr you continuing coronavirus crisis is causing much anxiety in many people quite often anxiety is related to uncertainty and negative thinking about any conditions perceived as stressful anxiety you feel could be related to consequences of the current crisis such as loss of employment and financial income difficulty accessing food supplies or it could be related to other personal stressful issues chronic stress.
Anxiety must be managed well otherwise it can possibly lead to anxiety disorder and other related illnesses anxiety disorder is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry nervousness or fear they are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities examples of anxiety disorder include panic attacks obsess a compulsive disorder post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms include increased feelings of dread.
