Ting and Aiko — A Friendship Deepened by Meditation

Ting and Aiko share a connection that goes beyond words — they have always laughed together even though they rarely talked. And I knew you I didn’t know this to ear really crazy I know drink anything on we never really talk we have never really talked but I always had a great feeling about her we always laugh a lot even though we don’t talk I think meditation in general means to people to uh relax the mind to get calm like when if you are in the bus stop.

Taking a hot bs or something right but this meditation is a little bit different because it’s more like reflecting on ourselves and we actually get to know more who we are and as I meditated I. really gain so much greater than I expected expected and it’s just something I never expected nothing was like anything I expected before so to me that’s just very natural.

Peaceful feeling wow everybody can do it it’s simple easy to follow and it’s something you have to do and experience.
