Hi my name is rocco I go to the meditation center in flushing I’ve been going for about a year and a half the two years on and off and I’m gonna play a little song today instrumental my guitar also I just thought maybe I did share my meditation experience the people first off I’m so.

Grateful for everybody that’s affiliated that’s connected with the meditation helpers the workers they’re so helpful and I’m so grateful to them that’s number one no.2 is a the benefits of the meditation have been amazing I mean very strong as a strong meditation now of course there are there are bombs ups.

Downs especially for me actually if any advice I would give they were always given me the advice to come meditate come meditate before you choose things come meditating a fortune I didn’t follow their advice throughout the two years I would follow my habits and my my mind and I wouldn’t do such you know instead of doing constructive things so you know anyway so.

My advice would be if you don’t take a step back and it choices that you might make better off to meditate just go meditate so of course the meditation is going to have bumps in the road but I made them a little bit more bumpy so to speak but anyway well I hope I hope everybody’s doing okay with the as best we can with coronavirus.

I thought that’s why I played this song and maybe you’d make people feel feel good hope so and like I said yes so the whole point I was saying before is just get to meditate just keep on meditating as much as you can especially now that we have the video you can meditate even more but the zoom anyway okay.

As my long-winded speech there anyways a little song I made I hope you enjoy it okay anyway there goes that siren in the background all right so piece of loved everybody and keep on meditating and stay strong through these trying times you.
