“Imagine — A Message of Oneness During Difficult Times”

I like to think that with such a terrible virus that is covering many areas of the world, we have time to reflect, heal, and live as one as Gal Gadot mentions. Originally, we all have an inner light within us that through our “normal” everyday routines has been hidden under many layers of life’s conditioning. We took into our minds what other people think of us, the “perfect” image of what we should be, chasing money, love, and fame. It is all so meaningless and just creates more headache, there’s nothing that remains from these things. I think through this pandemic, it is starting to have us all question our reality and why we are living this way.

I would like to tell everyone that I have found my true self simply by cleansing my mind that was so conditioned to think in a certain way, set by societal standards. Living life like a hamster on a wheel, made me question my reality and start to seek out answers.

I remember at one yoga class I took, the instructor mentioned… “Become one with the universe, with everything around you…”. I sat there in question… “How?” “How can I become one with the universe and everything else, when I still have so many countless worries and thoughts popping up every second. I am clearly not there”. As much as I heard from others you have to cleanse your mind, you need to “let it go”, that question “How?” always and I mean always popped up. There was just no way to do so, until I found this.

When I went for the introductory seminar to this meditation at my University, they explained it so simply. You have to have a method , a way to let it go, to confirm it within yourself .

That Truth was so simple and logical. I remember feeling complete excitement to try it! It made so much sense, there was no method until now. I was also explained to that I was living inside of my mind world of images from the past and inside of those images are where the countless thoughts, pain, stress, and habits are coming from. This made even more sense! They could even define where my stress was coming from, and make it simple enough for me to understand too!

I had tried many meditations before in the past because I had suffered badly from anxiety, so I was apprehensive to even try out the introductory seminar when it was offered. However, I am so happy that I did because honestly…I wouldn’t of graduated nursing school, paid off my student loans in a year, improved my relationships with others, improved my health, or even found this light within me that makes me smile from ear to ear. The benefits are endless.

The reason I am so passionate, and because I share this with basically everyone I know, is because it works. I know it will work for you as I have seen it work for so many other people as well. It really builds within yourself an indestructible happiness regardless of condition. I really hope for others to feel this contentment and happiness, especially at this time when we all need it most. I hope we can become one like in the song above, and all live as our true selves. All you need to do is ignore the negative voices inside of your head right now saying “it’s not possible”, “it’s not for me”, “I can’t sit still for 2 minutes”, blah, blah, blah, … try it! You will never regret this decision, ever.
