Being outside this online meditation has really given me a way to feel like I’m together together with my friends who also meditate it’s a really great sense of togetherness so I just wanted to say thank you to this meditation for that I’m definitely able to have less stress in my life with this online meditation thank God for that so.
I’d like to play a song written by the founder of this meditation it’s translated as a passed flower I hope you enjoy.
